Tracument is designed to be easy to use and easy to implement in your office. The amount of time your organization will need to invest into setting up Tracument is largely dependent on your size and the complexity of your procedures. Tracument was designed with flexibility in mind. The idea is to fit Tracument to your office, rather than your office around Tracument.
Our products are linear and straightforward, and usually no more than 15-30 minutes of training is required to understand the basics. More advanced training may be required for administrators and your accounting department to learn how to manage your account. It is often advisable to devote some time to thinking about what your current office procedures are, which documents and/or requests you wish to send through Tracument, and how best to integrate Tracument into your current procedures.
Tracument is available as a web-based program, meaning no IT person is necessary, there is nothing to install in your office, and whenever you log in, you will be using the most up-to-date version of the program.
