Why Tracument?

As any litigation firm knows, document discovery is not simple. A great many documents must be requested and produced to opposing counsel on each of hundreds of files across the entire office. When it comes time to send a reminder or cancel a request on a settled file, do it in two clicks. We’ll send a reminder or cancellation notice based on the information already entered in the original request, keeping you from duplicating your efforts.

Producing Documents

We provide a similar solution for producing documents to opposing counsel while ensuring full reimbursement of your costs. Drag the documents or files you wish to produce into our program using our simple drag-and-drop upload, specify the price and recipient, and we handle the rest. We will invoice the recipient and place your documents behind a paywall, keeping them secure and in Canada. Once your invoice is paid, we automatically release the documents to the payer. We make regular, automatic deposits to your bank account of payments collected on your behalf.

Sending Documents

Do you need to securely send information to doctors and other experts but can’t find an effective way to do so while complying with professional obligations and privacy regulations. We’ve got you covered. Use our Secure Send service to send a file of any size or type digitally to your recipient. The information remains encrypted on our Canadian servers while the recipient of the information can access it with a password you provide.

Your recipient will be sent a link to the secure area of our website, where they will be able to upload files of any type and size that will be transferred to you instantly and securely. You will be notified automatically as soon as documents are available. Our activities page allows you to manage as many incoming files as necessary across thousands of files.
