onIntroducing Auto-Signature
Tracument is pleased to announce the launch of a powerful new feature for our Full-Service clients: Auto-Signature.
Auto-Signature is a secure digital signing integration that allows users to sign documents electronically through any modern browser—no account setup or app downloads required. It's a fast, user-friendly solution for tracking and managing signature requests, whether you're finalizing a formal agreement or just need a quick sign-off.
Why Auto-Signature?
Chasing down clients for a signature can be frustrating and time-consuming—especially when calls go unanswered or when the client doesn't have access to a scanner (or know how to use one). It's a small task that quickly becomes a major hassle. That's why we built Auto-Signature—to eliminate these roadblocks and streamline the entire process.
1. User-Friendly
Auto-Signature makes it simple for anyone to send and sign documents securely from any device. No downloads, no logins—just sign and go.
2. Real-Time Notifications
Receive instant email alerts when a document is signed, viewed, or requires action. You'll always know where things stand.
3. Automatic Reminders
Auto-Signature sends automatic email reminders to clients. As deadlines approach, countdown reminders help ensure documents get signed on time.
4. Flexible and in Your Control
Need to make a change? You can easily revoke a signature request or resend it at any time–giving your control over the signing process.
5. Fast & Paperless
Fully digital and completely secure, Auto-Signature eliminates the need for printing, scanning, or emailing documents.
Tracument's Auto-Signature feature helps clients get documents signed quickly and easily, making the process smoother for everyone. And now, we're making things even simpler—with a new way to re-use signatures for multiple authorizations.
Reusable Authorizations, Powered by Auto-Signature
Tracument also makes it easy to collect reusable authorization forms by automatically uploading pre-filled documents to Auto-Signature. Clients sign the form once, and their signature is saved for future use, eliminating the need to sign again for subsequent document requests.
With this in place, your organization can request records on behalf of clients without requiring a new signature each time—saving time, reducing repetition, and improving client experience.
Once signed, Auto-Signature provides the client with a copy of the completed document. The process is entirely paperless—no faxing, no printing, and no outdated forms. Tracument ensures the correct version is used every time and automatically sends reminders if the form hasn't been signed. For security and compliance, each authorization remains eligible for signature for up to three weeks before expiring.
Made with You in Mind
Auto-Signature is designed to make document signing faster, easier, and more secure. Our goal was to streamline the process while eliminating the common headaches that come with traditional signing methods. This feature brings a new level of simplicity and efficiency to your workflow. We're especially excited to launch it in response to high demand—many of you have been asking for this, and we're proud to now offer it to our Full-Service clients.
Interested in this feature as well as Full-Service? Book a call with us and we'll be more than happy to share how Tracument can help make your organization a more streamlined place.
