This year, we were able to push out a number of updates that hopefully made your workflows easier. In total, we made over 55 releases of new items that were deployed throughout the year. We are always looking to improve, so please keep those suggestions coming in.

Auto-Signatures

• Auto-Signature allows users to sign documents securely from any modern browser without app downloads or account setup.
• It offers a quick and user-friendly way to complete anything from formal agreements to routine approvals.
• The system now supports reusable authorization forms, allowing clients to sign once and reuse that signature for future requests. This reduces repeated steps and creates a smoother experience for both your team and your clients.

Registered Mail

• Registered Mail provides proof of mailing and delivery for important documents.
• It supports reliable delivery across Canada with direct integration to Canada Post.
• Tracking numbers link directly to live updates, helping you stay informed without leaving Tracument. This feature saves time, increases reliability, and reduces risk when sending sensitive documents.

Matters Page Update

• The enhanced Matters Page now groups all documents and actions by matter number.
• This update allows you to view everything related to a case or client in one central place.
• It simplifies navigation and helps you stay organized more efficiently.
